3. Bulk up your fiber. By adding more fiber to your diet, not only will you have better elimination with your digestive system but you’ll also have a feeling of fullness that will keep you from wanting to snack or eat unhealthy foods during the day.

4. Start walking. Walking is one of the easiest ways you can begin an exercise program at just about any size. Even if you have health challenges or physical ailments, most of the time you can at least use some kind of walking regimen even if it’s slow. There are also walking DVDs that you can use to walk indoors if it’s too cold outside or there’s weather problems.
